Also accessible in hidden menu. FCC/CE presets enforce regional TX limits.

How to access it

Press MENU on the radio to open the menu.
Scroll with up/down arrows until you see Flock.
Press MENU again to enter the setting.
Use up/down to change the value, then MENU to save, or EXIT to cancel.
