PTT ID mode — whether to send the DTMF identifier at the beginning, end, or both sides of a transmission.

How to access it

  1. Press MENU on the radio to open the menu.
  2. Scroll with up/down arrows to menu 19: PTT ID.
  3. Press MENU again to enter the setting.
  4. Use up/down to change the value, then MENU to save, or EXIT to cancel.
